In light of this merger, Varun Varadarajan (Co-founder, Productive Solutions) has been appointed as COO of IN 1947. Established in 2013, Productive Solutions is a Branding and Digital Marketing Consultancy founded by brother-sister duo, Varun Varadarajan and Deepika Arun. Deepika Arun is set to make an exit with this merger for focusing on her educational startup – Jhoola Activity Centre, which focuses on gadget-free childhood for children.
